If you would like information on additional programs offered at Orland Park other than what is listed above in the Special Recreation newsletter please contact the main office.

Inclusion for Individuals with Special Needs
Inclusion programming has made opportunities available for individuals with special needs to experience involvement in programming listed throughout the brochure. If your child with special needs is interested in programs not offered in the special recreation newletter, the Recreation & Parks Department encourages inclusion in the desired programs. Please contact the Special Recreation Supervisor at 403-7275 to discuss inclusion opportunities for your child.

Come to the Franklin E. Loebe Center for a registration form.

Children 5 years old and younger must have a valid birth certificate on file to participate.

Please make sure your health forms and Special Olympic medical forms remain updated. All Special Olympics medical forms need to be updated as of August 2002 and every 2 years thereafter to be able to participate. Come to the main office to receive a new form.
